This bold, smoky bowl turns a single tin into an easy but eye catching side dish. Briny mussels, creamy beans, and sharp red onion come together with a hit of lemon for a no-cook dish that’s equally good straight from the fridge or at room temperature.
We used Banga Smoked Mussels in Oil in Chili from our November Tinned Fish Club box! The oil and flavor from the tin really takes this dish to the next level.



Enjoy chilled or at room temperature. Serve alongside zesty pretzel bites or crackers for scooping, and consider adding a crisp green salad or pickled vegetables to round things out. Want to keep it all for yourself! Feel free. As a side dish it serves 4, but it makes a great meal on its own!
