You're charged when you join, and then on the anniversary of that date. A monthly membership bills every month. A three, six or twelve-month term bills again at the end of the term for another term of the same length, at your current rate, so a six-month membership is six boxes at a time, continuing until you tell us to stop. We email you a reminder before every renewal, and you can cancel from your account at any point before it.

Yes. Sign in at login.tinnedfishclub.com, go to My Membership and click Manage. You can pause until a future date of your choosing. Nothing bills while you're paused and you keep your spot.

Any time, no hoops. Sign in, go to My Membership, click Manage, and the cancel option is at the bottom. Prefer we did it? Write to us and we'll confirm when it's done. If you're part-way through a prepaid term you keep the boxes you've already paid for.

Your first box ships on its own, typically within 2 to 3 business days. After that, all club boxes go out together at the end of each month, so if you join early in a month there's a longer gap before your second box. You'll get a tracking email each time one sets sail.

No. Boxes are packed identically for everyone, which is what lets us buy from small producers at a scale that makes the selection possible. We know some members would like to steer around shellfish or heat and it's something we're thinking about, but today we can't customise individual boxes. Boxes contain fish and shellfish and may include items processed alongside other allergens.

Anywhere in the United States including APO and FPO addresses, plus Canada, Mexico, the UK, Singapore, Australia and Latvia. Shipping is a flat $10 per box; Canada is $25. Somewhere else? Ask us, we can usually add it.

Tell us. If something arrived damaged, leaking or missing, send a photo and we'll make it right at no cost, and there's no time limit on that. Not enjoying the club itself? Cancel any time, and if a renewal charged before you got around to it, email us within 30 days and we'll refund it less one box.
