How do I Join?

Click on the “Join Now” button at www.tinnedfishclub.com or visit tinnedfishclub.com/choose-your-plan. You’ll be prompted to choose a membership level and then fill out your contact, billing, and shipping information. You’ll receive an order receipt via email.

What’s included in my club membership?

Each month, we meticulously curate a selection of three exquisite tinned fish delicacies sourced from around the globe. Your box arrives beautifully packed, featuring these artisanal tins along with carefully chosen condiments or specialty snacks that perfectly complement the flavors.Inside, you’ll find a card with fascinating details about each tin, including its origin and insights into the artisans who have been refining their craft for generations. To enhance your culinary journey, we also provide imaginative recipe ideas, offering simple yet inventive ways to enjoy each tin.This isn’t just a subscription; it’s a club for true enthusiasts of sardines, mackerel, and other premium canned fish—a unique gift that delights month after month.

Where do you ship?

You can currently join and ship your box to anywhere within the United States, U.S. military locations overseas (with APO/FPO addresses) and anywhere in Canada.

How much does it cost?

We have 4 plans available starting at just $30/mo.

Memberships and Gifting

Can I give a membership as a gift?

Of course! Tinned Fish Club is an awesome and unique gift for anyone you know that enjoys tinned fish. We have many members that receive memberships as a birthday, holiday, or even engagement/wedding gift. When purchasing a Gift Membership, you can select the Start Date when you set up your gift.  Please note that the first box ships 3-5 days after the Start Date you select. Gift messages are sent via email when the first box ships. If you'd like the Gift Message sent prior to a specific date, please choose a Start Date at least 5 days before the birthdate or holiday.

We know gifting is important. We strive to put a smile on the face of your loved one!

How do I purchase a gift?

Just visit our Gift Membership Page and select a membership plan. Gift Memberships do not automatically renew after the Gift Term expires. We do have many club members that renew on their own. A lot of people come back and order 3 or 6 month memberships for their loved ones year after year!

Can I choose which tins I get each month?

At this time we do not offer the ability to choose your own tins. Each club membership box is the same each month.

How do you handle food allergies?

At this time we do not have any controls or processes in place to accommodate food allergies. While most tinned fish products have only a couple of ingredients, all products may contain or may be processed in facilities that contain food items that people may be allergic to.

Can I Skip a Month?

No problem! Just login to your account at login.tinnedfishclub.com and login to your account. Navigate to the Subscriptions section. Click Manage under your subscription and you will see the option to Pause your membership.  

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Please visit login.tinnedfishclub.com and login to your account. Navigate to the Subscriptions section. Click Manage under your subscription and you will see the option to Cancel your membership.

Shipping

How quickly do you ship the first box?

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground or priority mail. We strive to get each first time order shipped within 3-5 business days and most packages only take 2-5 days to arrive. If you have special shipping requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Can I change the date when my first box ships?

Yes, of course! If you are purchasing a Gift Membership, you can select the Start Date of the membership when you set up your gift.  Please note that the first box ships 3-5 days after the Start Date you select. Gift messages are sent when the first box ships. If you'd like the Gift Message sent prior to a specific date, please choose a Start Date at least 5 days before the birthdate or holiday. If you need any help, kindly email us at hello@tinnedfishclub.com. We’d be happy to change the shipping date of your first order to accommodate holidays and birthdays!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat $10 per shipment. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

How big are the boxes?

They are fairly small, 9x6x2, and weigh approximately 2lb. Our boxes do include branded tape that does say Tinned Fish Club.

When do you send your monthly club membership boxes?

The first club membership box is sent within 3-5 business days. Subsequent monthly club membership boxes are shipped at the end of each month. For example, if you order a 3 month membership on May 1st, you will receive your first month by May 15th. Your 2nd monthly shipment will be sent at the end of June and your 3rd monthly shipment will be sent at the end of July.

What happens if my box is damaged?

We pack each box with care. If someone is not careful with your package and the contents are damaged, we would be happy to replace it for you at no cost.

Return Policy?

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to make things right. Payments

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Google Payments (web) and Apple Pay (mobile)!

When will I be charged for my renewal?

Membership renewals take place on your anniversary of your order date or for memberships started before March 30th, 2024 on the 11th of the month after your last box. For example, if you receive your final box at the end of July, your subscription will renew in August and you will receive your next shipment at the end of August.

What is your refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out to us. We work hard to delight our customers and we will work with you to make it right!
