How do I Join?

Click on the “Join Now” button at or visit You’ll be prompted to choose a subscription level and then fill out your contact, billing, and shipping information. You’ll receive an order receipt via email.

What’s included in my club membership?

Each month we curate a unique selection of 2-3 tinned fish delicacies from around the world. You receive a nicely packed box with the tinned fish and a few condiments that pair well. We also write a letter each month and create simple recipes and ideas for how you can enjoy each tin. It’s fun!

Where do you ship?

You can currently join and ship your box to anywhere within the United States, U.S. military locations overseas (with APO/FPO addresses) and anywhere in Canada.

How much does it cost?

Can I give a membership as a gift?

Of course! Tinned Fish Club is an awesome and unique gift for anyone you know that enjoys tinned fish. We have many members that receive memberships as a birthday, holiday, or even engagement/wedding gift.

Please note that Gift Messages are sent via email when the first box ships. If you have any special instructions please send us a message and include your order number.

We know gifting is important. We strive to put a smile on the face of your loved one!

How do I purchase a gift?

Just visit and select a membership plan. You can also choose to have the membership end after the first plan expires. We do have many club members that renew on their own. A lot of people come back and order 3 or 6 month memberships for their loved ones year after year!

Can I choose which tins I get each month?

At this time we do not offer the ability to choose your own tins. Each club membership box is the same each month.

How do you handle food allergies?

At this time we do not have any controls or processes in place to accommodate food allergies. While most tinned fish products have only a couple of ingredients, all products may contain or may be processed in facilities that contain food items that people may be allergic to.

Can I Skip a Month?

No problem! Just send us a quick message at and include your name, email, and shipping address. We’ll skip the next month and send you a confirmation!

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel at any time. Please visit and login to your account and cancel your membership.


How quickly do you ship the first box?

We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) ground or priority mail. We strive to get each first time order shipped within 3-5 business days and most packages only take 2-5 days to arrive. If you have special shipping requests, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Can I change the date when my first box ships?

Yes, of course! Kindly email us at or contact us on our website. We’d be happy to change the delivery date of your first order to accommodate holidays and birthdays!

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on your location during checkout. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

How big are the boxes?

They are fairly small, 9x6x2, and weigh approximately 2lb.

When do you send your monthly club membership boxes?

The first club membership box is sent within 3-5 business days. Subsequent monthly club membership boxes are shipped at the end of each month. For example, if you order a 3 month membership on May 1st, you will receive your first month by May 15th. Your 2nd monthly shipment will be sent at the end of June and your 3rd monthly shipment will be sent at the end of July.

What happens if my box is damaged?

We pack each box with care. If someone is not careful with your package and the contents are damaged, we would be happy to replace it for you at no cost.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We will do our best to make things right. What form of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards!

When will I be charged for my renewal?

Membership renewals take place on the 11th of the month after your last box. For example, if you receive your final box at the end of July, your subscription will renew on August 11th and you will receive your next shipment at the end of August.

What is your refund policy?
